The Queen’s Court is a green open-air plaza located in the heart of the International Market Place. This is where you’ll find the Queen Emma statue, honoring Hawaiian royalty.
The space is pretty easy to come across, and you can also be on the second floor (or above!) and look down on it. There’s also an elevator right nearby with clear glass windows, so you can head up to the upper levels while getting a view of the Queen’s Court and surroundings that way too.
If you want to get to know Queen Emma more, there’s the Queen Emma Summer Palace that you can visit by making a reservation.
The Queen’s Court is also the location of the Queens Luau, as well as a free hula show.

Beach nearby: Beach at Royal Hawaiian resort and Moana Surfrider resort
Location: Walk into the International Market Place from Kalakaua Avenue, and you keep walking straight ahead until you get to a green open-air area (map)

How to get to Queen’s Court and Queen Emma statue
Entering the International Market Place from Kalakaua Avenue (a main road through Waikiki), it’s pretty straight forward to get to Queen’s Court. Basically just keep walking until you get to a green grassy looking area that opens up to the sky.
But, instead of going straight there, take your time!
You’ll pass by a massive banyan tree that branches out far and wide, and you can spend a few extra minutes here before you head to the Queen Emma statue!
As soon as you enter the International Market Place, the banyan tree will be in front of you. You can stop by the Don Ho statue and Don’s treehouse as you fully look around at how the tree is connected!

👆 Coming from Kalakaua Ave, you’ll see the banyan tree and this sign pretty soon after you enter the International Market Place. Take a look, up and around!
👆 Look for the treehouse so you can make your way there to see more of the banyan tree! This is on the second floor, and you can take an escalator up.
👆 You can stay on the second floor and continue walking to make your way over towards the Queens Court.
👆 This is the view of the Queen Court from the second floor, with the O Na Lani Sunset Stories hula show going on. You can see Queen Emma is also watching the show. 😄 This is also where the Queens luau takes place.
